Bad Service! I had stopped by the dealership to schedule an appointment for a recall for my 2015 Lincoln MKC along with an oil change. They had to order the part I had stopped by the dealership to schedule an appointment for a recall for my 2015 Lincoln MKC along with an oil change. They had to order the part for the recall which would take about 3 to 4 weeks to come in, but said they would call me and then we would schedule an appointment for that. I said fine. I the meantime, I asked if I could I make an appointment for an oil change. I would drop the car off any time and leave it for the day and get a loaner. They told me 3 1/2 to 4 weeks to get an appointment for an oil change?! So I asked if I could book an appointment for both in about 6 weeks and they said NO, I had to wait for the part to come in. So of course you realize once the part came in I had to wait another 3 1/2 to 4 weeks for the oil change!!!!! Whatever.... So 4 weeks goes by, then 5 weeks, and I still haven't heard from them. So I call and ask for parts and guess what, the part is in and has been for 2 weeks, and the parts department let service know. So I call service to schedule and appointment and they tell me they can't until the part comes in. I tell them it's in!!! They have to check with parts first. They find out the part is in and we now schedule an appointment 4 weeks away. Two days before I am to go I get a call from Taska's service department Informing me my part is in and would I like to schedule an appointment.....REALLY. Does anybody there no what's going on? So I drop my car off and pick up my loaner waiting for something else to happen. I get a call the following morning from the service department telling me my part never came in. No way. They had to give my part to someone else. Too many people verified my part was there. Now they have to find another part for me and air it in. Well they did and I got my car back in in 3 days., but what a pain in ***. What is their motto. "You Will Be Satisfied." Unfortunately, I've read more bad reviews about their service that good. I think they need to revisit their commitment! More
Customer care perfected. I walking around the lot at Tasca looking for an SUV, when I was greeted by Jorge. We quickly found a vehicle I was interested in, however, the sales manager was using the vehicle and getting ready to leave. Jorge stopped him and asked if we could take the vehicle for a test drive. The sales manager postponed his departure, allowing Jorge and me to go for a test drive. While driving, Jorge explained the vehicles in great detail. His knowledge and professionalism was impressive. I told Jorge this was the vehicle for me, that is when the Jorge really shined. He put the vehicle on hold until my wife could come back the next morning. We agreed this was the right vehicle and started the paper work. I have bought many cars in the past and found the paper work to be the most unpleasant part of the experience, however this was not the case with Jorge. He made the process move smoothly, making it easy to trade my vehicle and work what I considered a very fair deal. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Jorge walked around the outside of the vehicle to ensure I was satisfied with everything and then proceeded to go through all the components, helped set up my blue tooth and ensured I knew how everything worked. He then did two follow up calls in as many days to ensure I was completely satisfied. I was beyond satisfied. I have been a customer of Tasca for many years. I buy and service my vehicles with them and I have never been disappointed. There are many dealerships to choose from but I continue to use Tasca because of their commitment to the highest standards for service and customer care. I must say, of all the sales people I have dealt with in the past, Jorge was the most professional and pleasant. More
Routine service presented in a non-routine manner Just took my car in for a routine oil change, which the car notifies me is needed. I HAD to get rid of that nagging! The gentleman who took care of me reviewed my car's previous record, noted its age, and suggested other things that would be due at this point. I didn't have a clue, so was pleased that someone who knows more about cars than I do was being helpful. Car was finished before the estimated time! ? Most important to me, since I am severely disabled, is that the gentleman took my payment up to the cashier for me, and didn't make me walk that extra---painful!---distance. I was treated like an individual who needed a little extra care. Thanks! More

From the first moment we entered we were greeted and taken care of in a very professional manner. We were first assisted by the Lincoln Manager, Jeremy Hayes. He took the time to see what we were interested in, took us for a test drive and provided us with some options. Two days later we returned to see Guiseppe Moretta, as we decided to look at a pre-owned vehicle. Guissepe accomodated all our needs and we were soon proud owners of our Lincoln MKZ. Rob Bernier stepped in to work out the financing. The whole process went smoothly, there was no pressure and best of all we love our Lincoln MKZ! More
