I purchaed our Lincoln on Tuesday evening. Thursday morning the vehcile's engine did not turn over. we called our saleman to let him know what had occured. We were instructed to call the Lincoln road morning the vehcile's engine did not turn over. we called our saleman to let him know what had occured. We were instructed to call the Lincoln roadside service number, however, since we had to leave for a business trip we could not wait around for the tow truck. Therefore, We were unable to have the car towed to Tasca until Friday evening. Our salesman and the service staff have expressed concern about the issue, however, it is disconcerting to have a new car that only runs for 24 hours. I would have preferred that our vehcile was put at the head of the list of repairs once we called to notify them of the problem, but we were told that we would most likely not have the car seen until Monday. So we have a new vehicle for a week and are unable to enjoy our ownership. More

My experience at Tasca here it goes… before going car shopping I had done a moderate amount of research prior to at the Tasca dealership. I was leaning to a particular model and needed a test drive to ma shopping I had done a moderate amount of research prior to at the Tasca dealership. I was leaning to a particular model and needed a test drive to make my decision. I was planning to trade in and trading up my fairly new Subaru Forester which was purchased from a family member at below listed cost. This transaction allowed me to have a substantial amount of equity in the vehicle which I hoped to apply to the new car purchase. I was interested in either a Ford Edge or a Lincoln MKX. From the moment I entered the showroom I was ‘sized up’. Granted, I had just come from the gym and was wearing gym appropriate attire and a baseball hat. For some reason the chatty salesman was more focused on the local coaches and institutions for which they had vehicle contracts with. I was able to test drive both vehicles and was about to make a decision on a nicely equipped Lincoln MKX. When I returned back into the showroom to run numbers – conversation shifted from business to sport radio. After fielding several irrelevant questions about what I do and where, he swiftly brought in his sales manager to subject me to further sports banter. I allowed the manager to blather on for approximately 10-15 minutes to which I asked where did the original salesman go? (Over the sales manger’s shoulder just outside of the showroom floor I saw my salesman meeting with appointment- apparently a bigger fish.) The manager went back to his athletic feats of foolishness to which I rose to my feet and headed for the exit. At or around the door the original salesman and the manager stopped me and asked why I leaving … it’s obvious you don’t need MY business gentleman. Bottom line – they never looked at my trade or reviewed my total cash lay down …what a waste of time. I ended up going to another dealership and received better customer service and no hustle. Good luck Tasca – I will never go back to that club house. More
We are retired and stopped by to look at your vehicles, David Bailey came out and greeted us. I said I was intrested in the 2010 Lincoln MKZ but since I had been driving a Mercury Mountaineer, I didn't kno David Bailey came out and greeted us. I said I was intrested in the 2010 Lincoln MKZ but since I had been driving a Mercury Mountaineer, I didn't know whether I would find it too low. He offered to get me the keys and a plate and I went for a drive. It was wonderful. Our dealings with him have been a pleasure. I would definitely recommend your dealership but more than that I would tell them that David Bailey is the person to see. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. We have been Ford people all of our life. More
