Regarding my recent purchase, Sales Consultant Eric Lima was very personable and informative. He made the experience very pleasant and easy. And while I was a little concerned when soon after taking delivery the vehicle developed a strange noise, I was positively thrilled with the level of service that then kicked in. Not only was my service consultant, Steve, able to timely fix the problem, he went above and beyond by actually identifying a different noise, which I had also thought I heard but was less concerned about and didn't even mention, and he fixed that, as well. It was also nice to have my vehicle picked up and a loaner car delivered for my use in the interim (and my car delivered for swapping back when fixed) - as part of the Certified Pre-Owned "luxurious by any standards" treatment -- for it was truly that. My family business has dealt with Tasca in the past, and we will glady and confidently continue to entrust Tasca to fulfill the periodic upgrading of our rolling stock in the future. More
