I was very pleased and impressed with Don Mailloux’s knowledge and no high pressure approach. I’ve been searching for a new car for several months and have been to many dealers in both RI and MA. Some of the other dealers were high pressured and kept me at their lot for an extremely long time, and when I got home, they hounded me with phone calls. When I went to Tasca, the experience was much different. I walked in and was met by Don Mailloux who asked if he could help me. I told him what I was interested in, and immediately went out for a test drive. When I was done, he gave me the info on the car. Beside the no pressure, I liked the fact that he didn’t waste my valuable time. I told him I was still looking at other cars. About a week later, I returned to purchase a Mazda 3 at Tasca mostly because of how I was treated by Don. The purchase went smoothly. Don showed me all the features and how to use the infotainment system which was all new to me. He let me know if I have any questions on the operating systems, to be sure to give him a call. I love my new car and would recommend Don as he is top notch in his field. More
