Loved the experience I was dreading buying a new car, I didn't want to haggle or have a salesman pressure me. I did my research online, and knew the car I wanted to test I was dreading buying a new car, I didn't want to haggle or have a salesman pressure me. I did my research online, and knew the car I wanted to test drive. I worked with Eric Lima and he was very laid back, didn't push or pressure me. After allowing me to test drive the car on my own (which I truly appreciated) I said I would call him later after I test drove a few other similar cars in the area. He didn't pressure me to stay, and simply told me he'd be there until 9. I went to a nearby dealership and the moment I met the salesman he started to drop cheesy lines like "I just had a woman test drive that car last night and she's supposed to come back in today, but you don't worry about it". Ugh :( He did the whole sit at the desk and make you wait thing and became very pushy when I said I had to leave after I test drove the car. I went directly back to Eric and said "I'll take it". I paid $500 more to buy pretty much the same car from someone who understood that some people don't want to be pushed and pressured. He understood that in today's online age, some people like to put in the effort in research so they don't have to deal with a pushy salesman. I truly appreciated this, he made my car buying experience easy and pleasurable, which I did not think was possible. I would buy a car from him again easily. I also want to include everyone who works at this dealership as everyone I came into contact with was wonderful. The owner Mr. Tasca himself served my boyfriend a coffee. You can't beat that service!
