Don Mailloux Is amazing! I have bought 3 cars in the past 3 years. I decided to lease from Tasca Mazda and I feel the lease was easy and affordable but I had a lot of body da I have bought 3 cars in the past 3 years. I decided to lease from Tasca Mazda and I feel the lease was easy and affordable but I had a lot of body damage to the car. After the lease was over I contacted Tasca and was set up with Don Mailloux as my salesman. Seeing that a lease is not good for a car with extensive damage to return, Don was available for guidance and advice. After dealing with 3 salesmen in 3 years, I truly found him to be the most up front and honest person we have ever dealt with. He did not focus on the money or prices he shared with me and my wife who are expecting our first child a real personal experience and we discussed our possibilities!!! He is not your average “salesman” he is a 100% real person so we recommend him 100% to anyone buying a car. We really enjoyed our experience and Rob in finance was so personable that we were there much longer than expected just talking... not many are like these 2 men and they deserve our recognition. Thank you gentleman we will be back! I unfortunately leased a car that was worth 6k less than after the end of the lease no matter of damage m... so beware of price initially for lease and understand what you’re signing up for. He did this within hours, and on the last day of the month following Memorial Day weekend, which I am sure meant he was swamped. He was kind, fair, funny and I felt like he genuinely cared about my experience. I'm sure car sales isn't easy, and part of the job is negotiating and making sales for your dealership, but he never compromised his integrity to get this done. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with Chris Reyes. He was equally as wonderful! He carried out the deal that I made with Bernie perfectly. They made a great team. I can't see myself going anywhere else in the future for a car and I would definitely want Chris and Bernie to be the ones that I went through. They make their job look easy, while many others crumble under the pressure of sales. This is the kind of dealership that gets long term customers! Quick and painless :) My Mazda rx8 needed some recalls done so I made the appt and dropped it off the day before (which is a nice feature I need).
