After test-driving 2 different, comparable vehicles at 2 different dealerships, I went here knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I expected to pay. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Good listeners. Knowledgeable, friendly, interested in my needs for the vehicle that I wanted. Accommodating to my requests. They met my expectations on every issue. Would highly recommend this dealership, especially Devin Paiva, my salesperson. Gained a Lost Customer After my first experience with Tasca over 5 years ago, I swore I would never go back. Until earlier this month when they were the only dealer in RI wi After my first experience with Tasca over 5 years ago, I swore I would never go back. Until earlier this month when they were the only dealer in RI with the car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I figured I'd give it a shot and hope they did much better, and boy, did they! I walked in and was immediately greeted by Sean Bernier. I told him exactly what car I wanted to test drive, although one had sold, he still had the other. We test drove and of course, I fell in love. Priced a couple thousand over what I was willing to spend, the dealing began. I gave Sean a run for his money and he was a good sport about it. Drawing smiles on the paperwork and getting teased by his boss, he got me to a price I was happy with. Being a holiday weekend, financing was backed up and we decided to finish paperwork the following day. Financing with Rob Bernier was great. He worked on the numbers and was able to get me a better interest rate than originally offered. Once financed, registered and insured, I finally had my car. I tend to have terrible luck so it was no surprise when the keys were locked inside when I was ready to leave. The service department was quick to pop the door and Sean helped me move all my stuff from my old car. Not even an hour later, I got back in the car to leave my house and my car key battery was dead! Having to wait for the spare to be made, I was stuck with a car I could't start! I called Sean and he offered to pick me up right away to fix the battery. Sean definitely made a returning customer out of me! I've already recommended him to a few friends and I look forward to working with him in a few years when I'm ready for another upgrade! More

We were NEVER called to discuss anything, even after being promised we would receive a call and even though we waited up until midnight to hear from them. We were prepared to spend about $500 to $700 that we will spend somewhere else. So disappointed. More

Great to Deal with We purchased a used Mazda Miata from Tasca in early Sept. The Tasca Group was great to deal with. Rich was never pushy, he was cordial at all times. W We purchased a used Mazda Miata from Tasca in early Sept. The Tasca Group was great to deal with. Rich was never pushy, he was cordial at all times. We never felt pressured into buying the car. Unlike other dealers we weren't pressured by two or three people. When we said "we'd have to think about it" Rich pleasantly replied "no problem, just give me a call". The car was ready at the exact time he said it would be. He followed up the sale with a call to check on how we were doing with the car and if we had any problems. All in all a good guy to deal with. Rob was also very helpful when it came to financing the vehicle, choosing an extended warrantee program and explaining the entire warrantee to us. Even though we live a ways away in Plymouth, MA, we'll be back to Tasca and Rich when it comes time to replace a vehicle. More
Exceptional Experience When I arrived at Tasca Automotive Group in Cranston, I was promptly greeted by Sean Bernier. Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When I arrived at Tasca Automotive Group in Cranston, I was promptly greeted by Sean Bernier. Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I arrived at Tasca with only a brand and a budget in mind. After letting Sean know my budget and that I was specifically interested in purchasing a Mazda, he immediately led me out to the lot and began showing me cars that fit my criteria. The very first car that he showed me on the lot caught my eye for sure. While taking it for a test drive, I fell in love with the car even more. Sean allowed me to drive the car on both the highway and back roads to test the car at different speeds and on different road surfaces. When we arrived back at the lot, the only issue I ran into was deciding which color of the car I wanted to purchase (there were two identical cars on the lot, one black and one blue, with only two features making the cars different). Sean brought out both cars and put them side by side so I was able to easily compare the two and also allowed me to test drive both. Although it took me a while to decide which of the two I wanted to purchase, I really appreciated that Sean was patient and did not try to sway my decision in one direction or the other nor did he try to speed up my decision making process. Because this was my first car purchase, I brought my parents along with me. Because I am young, salesmen at other car dealerships we visited earlier that day wouldn’t talk to me as if I was the person purchasing the car but instead would talk mostly to my parents. I had a completely different experience at Tasca. After meeting Sean, he made sure that we were all included in the conversations but he knew that at the end of the day, I was the one purchasing the car and I appreciated that he treated me like an adult and helped me find my dream car. Sean definitely did not fit the “car salesman” stereotype. After my first car buying experience, I will definitely return to Tasca for my next car purchase in the future (and hopefully be able to have Sean as a salesman once again). More

Sean Bernier was my salesman and he was very patient and helpful with what I wanted. He showed me different options, gave me recommendations, and definitely stayed where I wanted with my budget. He was very knowledgable about each car I had asked about (which was quite a few). I never got the feeling that he was just trying to make a sale, which was comforting. After taking the car home, I immediatly got a follow up email asking if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely return and recommend my friends and family to him. Overall, it was an amazing and stress free experience at Tasca. More
