My last car buying experience was terrible, so I was leary from the start. Lou was very honest, telling us what we could and could not accomplish with each vehicle. He was not pushy, let us have our space, but was very helpful and available for all our questions. Eva was equally as wonderful, and ended up getting our loan lowered at the eleventh hour so we could add in more features. Both Lou and Eva were easy going and quick to crack a joke with us, which put us at ease. We will be going back to Tasca for our future car buying needs. More

He works for you not against you and helped me every step of the way to get the deal that I wanted. He's very nice and funny he also doesn't push which is one of the reasons I would go back! they did more than was expected I just bought a used Mazda3 from Tasca for my daughter who lives in another city. The car is great and just what I wanted, and although I'd hoped to bargain, their price was fair. I had a few problems along the way: couldn't get a bank check because of computer problems, overnight shipment of documents was delayed going in both directions. But my salesperson, Lou Colon, was terrific in helping to move things along in spite of the problems. He was so flexible that he even arranged a driver to pick me up so I could take possession of the car. More

After much deliberation I decided on the Mazda3 iTouring - it looks great, a blast to drive and gets great gas mileage. My sales rep Guiseppe was super helpful with helping me select the right car. There was no pressure and he was very accommodating. He and my wife spoke Italian with each other while I was looking over cars - he's a pretty great guy, funny and a pleasure to do business with. From the very beginning in the store, I was treated with care, kindness, and consideration. Mr. David Delponte was not only a great car salesman, but, most importantly, a great advisor. He really wanted me to leave the store happy and confident with my purchase. He is not only worried about making a good business for his company but also for the customer. He helps you to pick the best option for your needs. He was extremely patient, nice, and he took the time to explain to me every single detail! I am so happy--and I feel lucky that I was able to purchase my first car under his advice. David is a genuinely nice person and well informed about everything that I needed to know. I give not five out of five but rather six or more stars to him. Ms. Eva Bickford was also very nice and helpful always, the same for Jaime Tasca who helped me to find the best option for car insurance. Everybody at the store was, actually, super nice. I highly recommend to make business with them! You will not be disappointed. More
Excellent Service from First Introduction to Final Goodbye My son and I visited Tasca Mazda in Cranston, RI to look at a pre-owned Mazda CX5. I corresponded by email with Denis Leveillee who promptly organize My son and I visited Tasca Mazda in Cranston, RI to look at a pre-owned Mazda CX5. I corresponded by email with Denis Leveillee who promptly organized a meeting with us and salesman Eric Lima. Eric greeted us outside as soon as we had arrived and already had the vehicle we were interested in seeing pulled in front of the building. The vehicles appearance was spotless, both outside and in. Eric provided us with an overview of the vehicle and suggested we take it for a test drive. My son and I had already done so at another dealership so doing so again was not necessary. After sitting in the vehicle, starting it up, inspecting it, Eric suggested we go inside the dealership where the air conditioning was on. Eric asked if we would like a beverage. Eric had the Tasca vehicle specifications sheet and the CarFax sheet pre-printed for our convenience. I had requested a price quote through USAA and TrueCar which I showed to Eric and he honored the quoted price. Eric wrote up the purchase agreement and I placed a deposit on the vehicle for planned pickup the following day. Pickup was seamless, Eric again promptly meeting us outside when we arrived and bringing us directly to his desk. Again he asked if we would like a beverage. Eric then directed us to Sherry in the insurance department (I believe this is her first name and I do not recall her last), who oversaw the switching of vehicles insured with our insurance company. Sherry then brought us to Kevin Barry who oversaw the financing. Kevin was extremely thorough in his explanation of the documents requiring signature. Eric would walk back from time to time during this process to check on our progress. Once we completed with Kevin, Eric took us to the vehicle, again outside in front, spotless outside and in and reviewed the Service Center and Body Shop hours. Overall the purchase and pickup of our new pre-owned was extremely stress free and actually enjoyable. I would highly recommend and absolutely visit again the Tasca Automotive Group in Cranston, RI. Simple, straight forward, with great service. I came to the dealership having done my research on what car I wanted to buy and how I was going to pay for it. My main concerns were test driving the car (2016 Miata) and, if I wanted to move ahead, figuring out the logistics. The member of the sales team that I was paired with was Sean Bernier. I was extremely pleased to find out that he did not fit the stereotype of a typical car salesman. He was very friendly, direct with what he could offer, and, most importantly, did not try to push anything on us during our visit. Creating a comfortable experience seemed to be the main goal. It is worth noting he let my father and I test drive the two-seater without him being present, an action many dealerships would not allow. This really helped me formulate my own opinions without worrying about unneeded input. When I decided to move ahead with buying the car, he brought his own truecar printout to the table, which was the same as I had done. This helped show he was trying to offer a competitive experience and removed the need to do any haggling. After purchasing, but still waiting on insurance and registering, Sean kept in consistent contact regarding the current status and was always available for questions. Excellent experience. More
