The whole process made my life much easier because they took care of everything...transferring my plates, registering the car, taking care of my loan for my trade in and setting me up with a new one with the same bank at a great APR rate! So I don't have to deal with the DMV or the bank! I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I highly recommend Lou, he was awesome.
