I am sorry that we did not notice that your owner's manual was missing at the time. We have already shipped an owner's manual out to you. My team sincerely thought that we had resolved your concerns a few months back prior to you departing for Florida Your team was well aware that this was needed. I was told more than once that it was ordered and would take 3 months to come in and when it did come in it would be mailed directly to me in Florida. Seriously.... does it really take 3 months to get a manual in? My opinion stands DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! THIS TIME I WILL NOT TAKE MY RATING DOWN. Next time I am going back to Metro motor group..... You have totally lost my business. Too bad Lou's a nice guy
