Tasca - Trouble crediting returned Internet Sales part If you are interested in purchasing a part from Tasca's internet sales and think there is a chance that you will want to return it, I would highly adv If you are interested in purchasing a part from Tasca's internet sales and think there is a chance that you will want to return it, I would highly advise against dealing with this business. I have mailed a part back to them and have not received a credit - it has been over a month. Tried to resolve via email - no response. Tried over phone - after explaining they ask for your phone number and state they will call you back and then do not. Often there are long wait times -close to 1 hour to get a sales person. In my case, it's only for a $45 credit, so not much of an expense for these guys to do the right thing. Update: After posting this to social media, I was promptly contacted by Tasca. Their records did not show both return shipments being received so had to provide shipping records to prove that UPS and the Post Office delivered. Proving the PO shipment required going back to the post office and they were able to provide tracking from the PID (parcel identification) #. After proof sent to Tasca, they promptly credited the return. More

POOR Customer Service !!!!! We bought a new car in June there were several items that were missing on the "we owe" and as of August we had to place a negatine comment on here We bought a new car in June there were several items that were missing on the "we owe" and as of August we had to place a negatine comment on here. We were leaving for florida which Tasca knew about and it took months to get things accomplished. FINALLY .... after getting all of the issues fixed on the car there was one last thing that was owed to us. we were told that it was ordered in June when we bought the car and it would take 3 months to come in. September 29th. Called Tasca. left a message for Bernie.... didnt get a call back.... September 30th Called Tasca spoke to Bernie said that he would look into it for me and call me right back. ,,,,, never got a call October 1st Called Tasca.... Bernie's day off ...l left a message October 2nd... Called Tasca left a for bernie and STILL NO RESPONSE Called back at Tasca and was told that he pushed it off onto the used dealership (when I bought a NEW car) and I havent heard anything since. Erika the receptionist tried to help us but it seems like nobody in this company is doing thier job. I placed a negative dealerrating about Tasca when this started in August and was asked to take it down and the PROMISED that I would receive my "we owe" in the mail. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!! BERNIE IS THE WOST AND HE IS THE SALES MANAGER !!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THRU !!!! TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE !!!! Still waiting for a we owe. 6 weeks later with no end in sight. Poor follow up. I am not satisfied. I will say kevin Hennessey tried to help but still haven't gotten anywhere fast. More

New Mazda Cx-5 I am writing this review in regards to my new vehicle purchase, a Mazda CX5 from Tasca in Cranston, RI. This was the first new car purchase for my wif I am writing this review in regards to my new vehicle purchase, a Mazda CX5 from Tasca in Cranston, RI. This was the first new car purchase for my wife and I. I can't thank Paul Conti Jr enough for all his hard work and dedication in making this transaction possible. Paul went above and beyond for us to make this purchase, he was friendly, polite, courteous , knowledgeable. We had been in Tasca beforehand and he was most informative providing all the information we wanted on the vehicle, price scenarios, and never being pushy on us as customers throughout by following up in a non overbearing way. Paul truly wished to help us not only as individuals but future Tasca customers and friends. I would also like to acknowledge Paul's training associate Karen Bregga for her hard work and information she provided to us while Paul was working with another customer and multi-tasking greatly. These two sales reps. are truly an asset to the Tasca family and for someone who works in a sales oriented company can see they will exceed greatly. More
Completely unwilling to move an inch from their price I contacted them regarding a used car via their website. I got a call later that day saying they don't know if they have the car, they're looking into I contacted them regarding a used car via their website. I got a call later that day saying they don't know if they have the car, they're looking into it. Another 6 hours goes by and I call them as I plan to visit them right after work. They still weren't sure where the car was and were still trying to track it down. Come to find out it was at another one of their dealers and it would need to be transported the next day. I had an apt the next day with Alex. When I arrived he said that he was in the middle of and delivery and it would take about a half hour before he could tend to me. I wasn't in a huge rush but if I had an apt a day in advance this shouldn't have happened. After I drove the car around for a half hour I came back and was interested. When we started talking numbers they came back with a trade number several thousands under what the car was actually worth according to values from several car value websites. I would've been happy with getting a fair value for my trade which would've been what was quoted to me on edmunds.com. After the initial shock of their number I told him I wanted what the site valued it at. He went to talk to the sales manager and came back in two seconds to say "were done here"!! Is that customer service?! I think not. I will never step foot in this dealership again. More
Great company to work with I bought a 2015 Mazda 6 and I had Paul Jr. as a sales person. He was very good to deal with. Made the car buying experience very pleasant. They really do want you to leave happy Went into Tasca to buy a Mazda 3. Test drove the car with Vincent and enjoyed it. Vincent was informative and always pleasant. After dealing with the sales staff you always end up talking to management in the car buying process. While there was an initial misunderstanding, Bernie, Phil, and Carl Jr. were very nice and professional and worked to resolve it. I was difficult, but throughout they were very fair and gave us a good price on the car. They do want you to leave happy and they are willing to work with you to come to a deal. I would also say in doing so they earned a future service customer. Dell Green was also very nice and handled the finance end of the deal and took the time to explain each and every step. He assured that every question was answered in full. Afterward Vincent gave a lesson in the car's technology and told us to contact him with any concerns. Facility wise, the dealership is one of the nicest in the state. You apparantly get free food but that feature was sadly closed by the time we finished. I really did want that free sandwich. Additionally, you get free car washes for life at their facility which seems like a nice bonus if you use it. More
