I purchased a 2011 Madza3 from Tasca and the sales associate Lou Colon helped me from start to finish. He went with me on the teest drive and was very imformative and answered all of my questions. H associate Lou Colon helped me from start to finish. He went with me on the teest drive and was very imformative and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful in the application process and finally delivery of my new (used) car. In the past few weeks Lou has been very helpful in assisting with the registration and minor fixes with the car. I would strongly recommend Tasca to all of my friends and family and also made comments on FaceBook to my friends. Thank you for the easy and productive experience in the purchase of my car. I look forward to many years of sales and service with you. Kathy Algiere More
Mr. Lawrence is an energetic salesperson. Throughout the sales process, he focused on giving me the best vehicle for my needs while tending to several customers at once. I am very happy with my Mazda lease sales process, he focused on giving me the best vehicle for my needs while tending to several customers at once. I am very happy with my Mazda lease car. I was disappointed that I did not see a member of the Tasca family greet customers who buy or lease cars or trucks. This is something I used to see years ago. More
I don't like car dealerships. Like most sales organizations they usually result in a high pressure sale with a representative that is not very knowledgeable and only makes decisions based on a st organizations they usually result in a high pressure sale with a representative that is not very knowledgeable and only makes decisions based on a strict policy. I never felt that way visiting Tasca. Evan, our Tasca sales representative, was new to the Tasca team, but has exactly the temperament and determination that made for an excellent experience. I never felt pressured or rushed. While Evan was new to the Mazda product group, anything he didn't know, he found out, so that I didn't end up with unanswered questions after the fact. The pre-trade agreement made a new vehicle affordable for the CX-5 that we knew we wanted when we walked in the door, and Evan worked with us to make our request of adding vehicle navigation easy and affordable. Beyond our great sales experience, the Tasca dealership is conveniently placed, well equipped, and has a service center that is more than available at hours that make sense for someone who works 9-5 (like most do). I will definitely be coming back to Tasca when another vehicle is needed, and will recommend Evan and Tasca to my friends and family. More
If you prefer to deal with sales people and a dealership who does not use high pressure sales tactics and is above board and honest, then you can't go wrong at Tasca. The entire experience was great, from S who does not use high pressure sales tactics and is above board and honest, then you can't go wrong at Tasca. The entire experience was great, from Salesman Bayo Dina to Sales Manager Bernie to the Finance department. Not once was I offered products I did not need such as paint protector, lost key replacment, undercoating, etc., as I had been at the Toyota dealer when comparsion shopping the day before. If you are in the market for a Mazda, go to Tasca. You will be treated right. More
George helped me to find the cheapest option for the car I had my mind set on. He priced the MazdaSpeed for me for a different option and laid everything out easily for me to see. NEVER a major mechanical issue, just bought another new Mazda 3 a one year old to rplace the son's hand me down, Mazda 6 and a dying GM van (same mileage, 101K as the like new Mazda 6) We felt good about the price all three times, first purchase in Cranston, Tasca family member stayed with me 1 1/2 hours after close IN A SNOW STORM to find right car that fit tight budget and last two cars from Seekonk, closer to home now. Entire staff has been great. AS a 20+ year sales professional, i can honestly say that great service is easy to recognize. More

My girlfriend and I went to this dealership to trade two vehicles in and get two new leased vehicles. I currently had a a Mazda and since we were looking at getting two Mazdas under a lease program this dea vehicles in and get two new leased vehicles. I currently had a a Mazda and since we were looking at getting two Mazdas under a lease program this dealership seemed like a logical choice. Upon first contacting the dealership I was very impressed with their internet sales rep. I had submitted a query online and was called very shortly after sending it. James was the name of the person who contacted me and he was very friendly and helpful and set up an appointment with a salesperson named Chanthy. Upon arriving at the dealership Chanthy was nice enough although he immediately tried to upsell us to the next model up from what we said we were looking at. He said they didnt have the model we expressed interest in but they would be arriving shortly. He progressed immediately to the "deal" without ever offering a test drive even on a slightly more optioned vehicle. His first offer came in way over our expressed budget and the trade offer was shockingly low on our two vehicles so we said no thanks and went to leave. Then the old standard, "What do we need to do to do business today" got whipped out. I told him it had to be under a certain number and after little delay he came back with "ok". Now i know it may sound great that he said that but it made us feel like he was trying to take advantage of us right off the bat and left us wondering how bad of a deal the current offer was. The deal was still in our price range so we thought we might go ahead on it. When he asked for a good faith deposit (which never, ever do by the way. I still keep agreeing to this even though i keep being told it is a bad idea) I originally said "no" and his reply was "Why not?" in a tone that was rather aggressive. We left to talk about it and eventually decided to give him the deposit and wait for the cars to arrive. Then the worst happened, my girlfriend lost her job and we were faced with a scary economic picture. We immediately contacted Chanthy and explained the circumstances to which he replied " I didn't realize our being able to conduct business was based on your girlfriend's employment". I mean, HELLO, of course it is!! We were told we had to speak to a manager at the dealership and had to come down. I did go down but never spoke with this phantom manager. Instead, after waiting 15 minutes in the dealership Chanthy came out and simply asked if I had my bank card with me. No "I'm so sorry that you guys are going through a tough time" no "It was really nice meeting you and I hope when things get straightened out you will come back" not even a handshake. While losing the job was a horrible thing to deal with, we were certainly glad we didnt end up starting a relationship with this dealer. Now we might have been given a good deal, we might have never had a problem with the service department, and we might have been ecstatic about the cars, but the overall "vibe" we got from this large dealership was that they were only nice to you while you were willing to spend money with them and it felt like they never had your best interest at heart. I would never set foot in this place again or ever recommend this dealer to anyone unless they had a very specific agenda in mind and had a plan where they never had to go back to this dealer for ANYTHING. I love Mazda, i will probably buy another one in the future, but I can assure you that I will never do any sort of business with this dealer ever again! More
At the beginning of the summer I purchased a 2006 MX5 Grand Touring from Tasca and during the sale they were extremely good. Abe, the salesperson, knew quite a bit of information about not only this mod Grand Touring from Tasca and during the sale they were extremely good. Abe, the salesperson, knew quite a bit of information about not only this model but previous models as he had owned one himself. I didnt feel as though he was pushing me into anything or trying to swindle me at all. I got the car for a great price without any haggling at all and they went out of their way to make sure I could obtain financing (I am young and have little credit history and just graduated and started my first decent job this summer). Aside from the Sale being a great experience, after about 6400 miles my engine blew :O. I knew it would be covered under warranty but I had never gone through something like that before and I was scared to death it wasnt going to be covered. Not only was it covered, but to make a long story short they went out of thier way to make sure everything was ok. The new engine was flown in in 1 business day, and installed in about a day (aside from one minor part that came in a day late. ) I didnt have to argue with them and, in fact, they really did most of the arguing most customers have to do, for me. I was given a rental car (Impala at that) and didnt pay a dime for the new engine installation and now I dont need an oil change anymore either. To be perfectly honest, I dont usually like Ford, Lincoln, Mazda, or Mercury, but I am almost sure I will by my next car from them again after seeing how important it was to them that I was satisfied with my new car. I really felt obligated to write them a good review somewhere and this is the first place I came across. PS my engine blew because of low oil after the engine break in procedure, it wasnt thier fault or the cars More
