My Mazda I was very impressed with the staff at Tacsa. My former car buying purchases weren't nearly as pleasurable as this one. Inam listened to my qu I was very impressed with the staff at Tacsa. My former car buying purchases weren't nearly as pleasurable as this one. Inam listened to my questions to best help me decide what car was best for me. He first asked "What do you want in a car?" Then "What do you NOT want?" Having my answers he chose two cars to start. We took a long test with both to see which was best. As soon as I sat in the first I knew that was going to be my car. The financial portion was smooth as well. Sherman made it easy. He put us at ease and was very funny. He found a number I could live with and explained the process fully. I think the main reason I chose Tasca is the service department. My last car was a nightmare. One of the last times it failed I had it towed to Tasca, instead of my usual dealer. I was treated with respect. At the old dealer it took 3 complaints to get them to listen. On the 3rd time I happen to have my husband with me. I expressed my concern to the service person. He huffed but agreed to look into it. After he investigated he returned to us walking PAST me to tell my husband there was an issue. So, to me although choosing a great car is important, the relationship between the owner and the service dept. is even more important. More

Excellent buying experience at Tasca Ford/Mazda We went to Tasca Mazda to check out a 2017 Mazda 6 & Mazda 3. which we had seen online at the Tasca website. We had been in contact by computer wi We went to Tasca Mazda to check out a 2017 Mazda 6 & Mazda 3. which we had seen online at the Tasca website. We had been in contact by computer with Amber Sanford who set up our appointment. When we entered the showroom we were immediately greeted by salesman Jeff Barske who put us at ease and arranged 2 test drives. We had a guaranteed savings certificate from TrueCar.com for the Mazda 6 and Jeff told us Tasca would accept it so there was no price haggling since Tasca is a TrueCar certified dealer plus Jeff got us 0% financing thru Mazda. We bought the Mazda 6 and did all the paperwork and were in and out in less then 3 hours. When we picked up our Mazda Jeff explained all the features and set all the settings saving us several hours trying to do it ourselves. I give this dealership an excellent rating and our salesman an excellent plus rating. We have been Tasca customers for 28 years. More
