I wasn't really in the market for a car but saw a 2020 Ford Explore on-line. I drove to the dealership later that day and really liked the what I saw. I was introduced to Mike H. who showed me the car and took me for a test drive even though I was on the fence. After a test drive and running numbers I didn't pull the trigger. What surprised me the most was the lack of pressure I got from Mike, he just told me if I change my mind or if I see something else to give him a call. He didn't sound upset or frustrated with me in the least. It was really refreshing and as I walked out of the dealership that day I truly never thought I would be back only because of the numbers. That was about a month ago, well today I did pull the trigger and it was because of Mike's professionalism back a month ago. He made this time around even more enjoyable and took his time and worked with the team at Tasca/Mazda and was upfront and honest with my payment options. I can't recommend working with salesman Mike H enough. More

I have had my car in 2 times . The brakes and routers were replaced. The second time the car was there for a couple of days to " test drive"! Still squeaks and " growls"!
