Very disappointing experience with Yonkers Mazda. I worked with Steven Bizenza, Matthew, and manager Igor on a vehicle that was not in stock. I was told it would arrive in “a few days,” agreed on a p I worked with Steven Bizenza, Matthew, and manager Igor on a vehicle that was not in stock. I was told it would arrive in “a few days,” agreed on a price, and left a $500 deposit. What they failed to tell me is that this car had been lost since 08/08/26. They sold me on the idea of a car they didn't have. I also stayed until around 9 p.m. getting insurance because I expected the vehicle to arrive shortly. Five days passed with no update. After repeatedly calling, I eventually learned the vehicle had apparently arrived weeks earlier but was unaccounted for because they did not have the key or know where it was. When I went in to address the situation, Steven said he didn’t understand why I was upset and also said he didn’t want to honor the deal because he considered it “ridiculous,” despite the price having already been agreed upon and my deposit accepted. I requested my $500 back and was told it would be processed, but again received no communication. I had to repeatedly call and eventually return to the dealership in person. At one point, a receptionist even referred to me as “Steven’s pain in the xxx,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Steven never called me, Igor never called. Neither of them ever called me. They are both an embarrassment as "managers", as men and as a person overall. They're cowards who didn't have the decency to give me the respect and honest transparency I deserved. All I was asking for was communication and honesty. Thankfully, Edgar eventually took the time to listen, investigate the situation, and help get my refund processed. My issue was never simply that the vehicle was delayed—things happen. The biggest problem was the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, I would not return to Yonkers Mazda. If you do shop there, get everything in writing and verify the vehicle’s actual location and availability before leaving a deposit. STAY AWAY!! Or you might become their next More

I went to the dealership today to see a car online. I was met with a salesman who could not locate the car. After providing the stock number from internet car was there. I test drove car upon return t I was met with a salesman who could not locate the car. After providing the stock number from internet car was there. I test drove car upon return the salesman had no price for the car. This number was already posted on the internet so I said give me your best price. Shortly after he came back with a price higher then already posted on internet. After informing the employee of such he said that was the best he could do. Well I walked out I will not be part of some bait and switch or fooled by these salesperson. Funny enough the manager tried to call and say prices change daily! But the reviews speak for themselves!
