AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! Purchased ny 2016 nissan sentra on 10/31/18 with 22k miles on it. The sales team was horrendous took 2 and a half weeks to get my car registered. The team especially my sales person Thida Mackinnon had no idea how to handle the proper paperwork. Haf ti go.back multiple times to get paper work filled out coreectly. When I would call to try to reach my sales.person I would get bounced around to voicemails with oit speaking to anyone. When I finally go to pick it up the check engine light turned on not even 2 days after driving it off the lot. I felt I did not get treated like a customer spending alot of money, instead i was made to feel like victim and not taken seriously because I am a young female. The sales.supervisor Dave Martin promised to take care of the situtaion and didnt even follow through or check up on the sutuation. Wayne Wilder is the only person who was able to get registered but still made me feel like i was in the wrong for buying a car and having them follow through on their end.I felt I got treated unfairly and will never set foot in that dealership ever again. I would advise anyone to run fast and far from this establishment DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STATELINE NISSAN. I would recommend Balise Nissan Warwick they treated me how a customer.should be treated and inspected my car 100%. More
