Incredible customer service First, I dealt with chris setting of a test drive. He was very accommodating of my schedule when I had to cancel a few times. Upon my arrival, I began working with John V who was very personable and knowledgeable. We took a test drive and he was very honest about not just the car we were in but of Nissan and other cars manufacturers in general. We had a very real discussion about the pros and cons of the Rogue I was test driving as wel as other manufactures cars I was planning on driving he next day. Once complete, there was no pushy sales pitch. I said I would call back after. Y other test drives and both John and his manager let it end there. Ultimately I decided the Rogue was the right car for me and John made it painless to get through the whole Process. The finance manager, a different John found the right deal for me and I have nothing but compliments for stateline Nissan. I plan on using this car for the next ten years, and my only complain with that is I won't be able to get another deal at stateline for a while. More
