Poor car buying experience Got an internet quote. Went to dealership. Rep saw the quote, and had us test drive a similar model. Signed the deal for what was supposed to be th Got an internet quote. Went to dealership. Rep saw the quote, and had us test drive a similar model. Signed the deal for what was supposed to be the deal from the internet. NOT SO!! The sold me the wrong car!! Then they want to "add it to the dealership"! WRONG. I took 4 trips to the dealership, and over a week to get the deal done correctly. I wouldn't send anyone in as a referral. Very disappointing experience. Got some "middle of the road" sorry from the staff. More

We met with John who helped us get information on an upgraded version of his car now with more features too. He showed us a car they had in the parking lot with everything that we were looking for from the nav system to the nice rims. They ordered it for us in the color we wanted and within 4 days we walked away happy with the car we wanted! More
