Trustworthy, professional and reliable service center Back story- I purchased my first Nissan Rogue at another dealership in MA in 2014. It was driving funny so I brought it to the East Providence dealers Back story- I purchased my first Nissan Rogue at another dealership in MA in 2014. It was driving funny so I brought it to the East Providence dealership as my boyfriend lives nearby. The service man there found that the underneath of my car was all rotted. It was an estimated $3300 of repairs and I had this car less than a year! This gentleman also discovered that my tires and brakes were not new as the other dealership told me. I went back to the other dealership and they ended up rectifying the situation by replacing my car. I thanked this service man and told him he would have my business in the future. Without him I wouldn’t have known I was sold a piece of junk. As promised, today I brought in my new rogue for a tail light bulb replacement, gas door not closing, tire light on and my key battery was dead. I trust this place so I chose to go back instead of going to the MA dealership. Andy was so kind, professional and overall superb customer service. He explained in detail everything that was fixed..:and they even threw in a complimentary car wash! It was such a wonderful experience from start to end.... and then it became an even better experience when I received a bill that was a small percentage of what I was expecting to pay!! This place is fair and trustworthy. They will have all my business and my family’s too from here on out! Ask for Andy! He’s awesome! More
