After I took my car in without an appointment, they let me know they’d do their best to get it done today but made no promises. About two hours after they dropped me off (at no extra charge), they called w me know they’d do their best to get it done today but made no promises. They called again before the estimated finish time and had someone pick me up so I could get my car. More
