It isn't about the timely response. This should have never happened had the salesperson done the proper delivery. you have all these dealerships including yourself preaching to the choir letting everybody know they are going to be taken care of and satisfied. But when the issue evolves, It seems like everybody's taking their time until reviews are posted or phone calls are made. As I said before, had the sales person driven the car before the delivery they would have caught onto these issues and we wouldn't be communicating through emails. So at this time yes I am going to have someone else take care of your issues that happened with the vehicle. I find it quite ironic that the other dealership who is your main competitor without question or hesitation jumped on it immediately. Meanwhile you and I sit here communicating through emails and nothing's been accomplished. So why would I continue entertaining anything from your organization? I'm not asking for anything free nor do I think I'm being unreasonable. I simply wanted these issues to be fixed a week and a half ago. Sometimes we need to think outside the box. We will be there later on this evening to pick up the license plates thank you and have a great day
