Took my fiancee to purchase an XC90 Momentum a couple of weeks ago. Drove it off and car has a wobble and an alignment issue. I bring in the car the day before Thanksgiving to get it fixed and obviously was not the best choice either due to half the staff (ok i get it)... What's troublesome is that the appointment was r/s for the following Monday (today 11.30.20)and low and behold, they don't have ANY Volvo technicians until 2nd week of December? So you spend $62K and this is the best outcome? How irritating and frustrating it is to drive with a 21" wheel that wobbles with an alignment issue?! But sure, keep driving they say. In the meantime, we've called Viti Volvo who will gladly take care of the Tasca problem. Thanks Tasca and I appreciate Viti stepping up to the plate. More
