trunk lid malfunction I brought my car on 9/9/2019 to have trunk lid worked on. It was not fixed at all. I called and got another apt for Saturday 9/14/2019. I had the plea I brought my car on 9/9/2019 to have trunk lid worked on. It was not fixed at all. I called and got another apt for Saturday 9/14/2019. I had the pleasure to work with Britney Beardon. I have to say she is excellent she is knowledgeable friendly and actually listened to what I had to say. She called to inform me that the car need to have a part replaced and that would take a few days therefore I would need a rental which she provided free of charge. When I walked out I ran into the Volvo tech who was getting my car for a diagnostic, I again talked to him explained what was going on with my trunk he stopped to listen to me and explained what possibly was happening. I believe he was also the on who diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great job thank you very much for the top notch service to Britney Beardon and the Volvo tech. The best I give 20 stars More
