We went into Tasca Volvo to learn more about the SUV line and discuss a few options we were considering. We test drove multiple cars to get a feel for how they drove and looked at many others for color and options. Having a team so knowledgeable on the Volvo brand was incredibly helpful when comparing so many different options. Greg was even able to provide details such as how the manufacturing process made Denim Blue in the XC60 harder to find, my desired color. In the end, thanks to the help of Walter and Greg, we decided on a custom ordered Volvo XC60 Inscription lease. I was not willing to compromise on a few options, including color, which led to a challenge. The options I wanted in the color I wanted was no longer available in the 2018 model year and 2019's were not being built yet. This presented a timing challenge with my current lease expiring in only a couple of months. Walter and subsequently Tasca Volvo worked with me to resolve this challenge. Long story short, I got the vehicle I wanted even against the challenge of time thanks to the great people and customer service at Tasca. More

I was looking for the 2019 Volvo XC40 and had a lot of difficulty getting it due to limited availability and issues with Care by Volvo. I knew I'd have to be patient but the Tasca staff was with me every step of the way. From the beginning Lou Colon and Mike Perlini were in contact with me to keep me up to date in the progress of finding the model/color I wanted. Communication is key and they delivered. They both made me feel I made the right choice in Tasca vs the closest dealership. Ultimately, Walter Marsh reviewed the high tech features and has stayed in contact with me to make sure I am getting the most from my new car experience. This is what I call full service.
