Looking for our next vechicle We started looking for a used vehicle as our current car was getting up in mileage. I wanted my wife to have a safe car in which to travel. She found a car that she wanted to buy, had a very unpleasant experience with one of the sales people (very unpleasant), but it was remedied by Phil Hadfield who went out of his way to take over the sale and make my wife feel welcome. She purchased the car and later came back for service to address some issues the car had. they were taken care of and we recently returned for some regularly scheduled maintenance. Jennifer Jaime, who set up our appointemnt, was a pleasure to deal with along with Chris Promades, who took our info the morning of our service, and we were very comfortable at the service area, even with our 6 mo. old lab puppy in tow. One of the nicest things about our visit was the greeting we received from Fred B (sorry I didn't remember his last name and didn't see it on the review list). When we pulled up to the service area we were met with a Fred's friendly face and smile. He showed us where to park and escorted us to the front desk and made us feel important and welcome. We would have to say that Fred is a great asset to the Tasca dealership. A very professional operation with the one exception mentioned above. We will not hesitate to return for sales or service.
