It was a very busy day but he made sure my father and I were taken care of in a white glove service kind of way. Everything went so smoothly. He found me a car that suited all my needs and wants and within the price range I was looking for. I had been to several other dealerships and Tasca Automotive exceeded my expectations in every way. Smooth, efficient process I recently purchased a late-model used Volvo XC90 (from Walter Marsh in the sales department). The actual car itself (and all related features) was as advertised on CarGurus (and looked even better in person). The experience at the dealership was second to none. All financial aspects to the sale were transparent, and the financing department did a thorough job obtaining the best rate possible (which wound up being from a nearby credit union). Overall, Walter was friendly, knowledgeable and went above-and-beyond to make the purchasing experience stress-free. He was genuinely interested in getting us the best deal possible and making sure we left happy. The drive from Boston was definitely worth it, and I would not hesitate to recommend Walter (and Tasca in general) to others. More

Customer satisfaction is the top priority. This was a routine service, however, they could not get to my car for 2 days, so they provided me with the same model I drive but the 2018 version. Always top-notch service at a reasonable rate I got into the shop and the service writer immediately asked me if he could help. Even though the shop was very busy, he got my car into service within a reasonable amount of time but also sweetened the deal by offering me a coupon for either a breakfast sandwich or lunch sandwich in the Tasca Café. I took him up on the offer and enjoyed a nice sandwich while enjoying some sunshine in the café. The car was returned freshly washed and the service writer sat and spoke to me regarding the condition of my car, carefully explaining what they did and what did they recommend for future service. Overall, it was a good experience and I recommend this facility to anyone. More
