Volvo Service I made the appointment online for the next morning... Parking lot was full when I arrived and I had to wait for someone to leave... Thought I would be I made the appointment online for the next morning... Parking lot was full when I arrived and I had to wait for someone to leave... Thought I would be there for many hours.. Was greeted by most pleasant staff... Was given voucher for use in cafeteria... Was shown to waiting area with doughnuts under dome, television on without blasting, and fire going... Settled in to read and before I got hungry, they had finished the state inspection and oil change... Under 90 minutes on a very busy Monday... Small details made the experience pleasant... More
