Did not feel like an auto-megaplex! Enjoyed this car-buying experience! Am generally leery of "younger" salespersons but Eric Lima did an excellent job! He found me outside sitting at a table to tell me my car was all set, walked me to the cashier, who was very pleasant and efficient. I was paid, had my keys and in my car within 10 minutes. My car was waiting for me at the door. When mt previous dealership no longer sold Volvo, I was a bit unhappy about.having to get my Volvo serviced at Tasca. I thought of Tasca as a Ford dealership and expected the service to be nothing like what I had be one accustomed to at the Volvo dealership. I was surprised that it has been an overall competent and pleasant experience. Having a loaner readily available for all service situations had been similar to Volvo. The facility is pleasant, comfortable and clean. I always deal with Chris. And find him to be competent, very pleasant, efficient and honest. Oh, one time he was in Texas for some training thing. That experience was fine. More

I had misplaced a valuable and sentimental ring when I brought my car to be serviced. After the technician graciously road with me to point out my problem, my car was washed. When I retrieved the washed vehicle, to my utter amazement, there was my ring hanging on the dashboard. An extremely honest ( and obviously loyal) worker had found it! I will never forget how Tasca made me feel that day! More
Good service Service was done re :air-conditioning not up to par. It was tested and refrigerant added. There was also a dye put in to check for leaks.
