Because of this particular issue, Adam fit us into his schedule that day, knowing it was a tight fit but by fitting us in, he helped avert a potentially bigger problem for the car. At that point we were fairly stranded at the dealership so Matt was very gracious in offering to bring us home to South Kingstown. Chris was exceptionally professional and kept us in the loop on a daily basis with regard to the status of the repair. He was instrumental in coordinating drop off of the car to us after the repair was completed which was above and beyond our expectations. The whole team helped make a relatively stressful experience much more pleasant. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone! More

Zero planning but 100% satisfaction! Well my Volvo needed a few things done to it but finding the spare time to drive the 30 miles to Tasca in Cranston has been elusive. The time appeared unexpectedly and I called them at 9:00, got an appointment for 1:00 and was done by 2:00. I would have to make things up to find a complaint! My advice? Go there. Buy there. It was great as always. I called when I saw that my display showed that my AWD was not working and that I needed to call for service. Even though I could have driven my car, Mike Mulbah called his service department and got an appointment the next morning. I brought my car in early the next day and Ed on the service desk promptly processed all the necessary paperwork and brought me the the car loaner area where I got a car to use until my car was fixed. A couple of hours later Ed called me to say that my car was repaired and ready to be picked up. I would recommend Tasca's sales and service without hesitation. More
