And Del Green in finance was a great guy also. He got us more for our trade in that was originally offered to us. He made it fun to finance a car . And the car is awesome. Buying Experience I know I was in the right place at the right time but it's pretty nice when you go in expecting to buy a pre-owned, and walk out with a brand new car. Terrible service experience After purchasing my car from Tasca, the service I have received has been nothing more than TERRIBLE. The truth is that once they have your money, they After purchasing my car from Tasca, the service I have received has been nothing more than TERRIBLE. The truth is that once they have your money, they will do absolutely nothing to help you or provide the service that they promised. Prior to picking up the new car, the salesman assured me there would be two copies of the key when I pick it up. Low and behold, I get the car and there is only one key, not two. And rather than having a new key made prior to me getting the car, they put all the responsibility on me to make an appointment with the service department. As any normal person would think, I assumed making a copy of a key would be a very simple process, but I was very wrong. I made an appointment and took time out of my work schedule to get a new key programmed. They programmed the remote control and they had to order the custom made key blade. I was told this would only take a day for them to order and that I would receive a call. After waiting for a week and not receiving any call or follow up from them, I call the service department. This service department has to be the most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. I was transferred to several different departments and not a single person was able to answer my question or find out where my key was that they ordered. I have called day after day on multiple occasions and no one was able to provide an answer. On three occasions, someone said that they would look into it and give me a call back. It has now been over a MONTH since my appointment and I have still not received the key. All because the salesman failed to confirm if they had two keys or have one made prior to getting the car. I have no clue how management at Tasca promotes satisfaction, yet they seem to do everything they can except make you satisfied. More

I cannot say enough about my experience with Anthony at Tasca. My father accompanied me on my first visit to look at the Volvo Xc60, and Anthony spent at least 2.5 hours with us on our initial visit. He was very informative about the different models and packages for the Xc60, and was able to help us narrow down our choices. I left there knowing in the back of my head that I would be back to buy the XC60, partly because I love the car, and partly due to the service that we received from Anthony. He even impressed my father, which says a lot! Anthony kept in contact through email and phone calls, but was never pushy or too forward about my indecision. Anthony ran a search multiple times to find my "dream car" and even helped me to pick out some features on which I was indecisive. He stayed late on a Friday night to help me out with paperwork, and thoroughly explained the entire process of leasing a car (which I had never done before). I met many other salesman during my car search, and Anthony was hands down the best. He was kind, funny, and made me feel like I was buying a car from a friend. I never felt pressured (which I was afraid i was going to as I am a female buying a car by myself) and felt like there were no stupid questions with Anthony- and believe me, I asked a lot! Anthony had me meet with his manager and the financial team in order to ensure that I had all of my questions answered. On the day that I picked up my car, he had it pulled around front and ready for me. I met with the financial team, and then Anthony got in the car with me to explain how the car functioned. he spent at least 45 minutes going over everything. Then, after I drove away and realized I left some things in the car that I traded in, he went to the car and packaged up all of my things for me. It was truly a great experience. I would recommend Tasca, and specifically recommend Anthony, to anyone buying/leasing a car. He rocks! More

I bought several vehicles from the tasca family over the years, the last being an 2012 f350 lariat diesel fx4 loaded from Dan in the truck center witch was not a good experience. I had been dealing with david bailey all the way back to the tasca ford east providence days. my wife and I went to the Cranston location on a Saturday and could not get waited on. so I figured I would give it one more shot, so we returned on Sunday and met Gordon. we knew we wanted either a Volvo S60 or S80. Gordon showed us both and explained the differences, he was very knowledgeable about Volvo's and great to deal with. he has been a great help since our purchase of the S80. I just picked up my plates today and Gordon is the best and would like to buy my next truck thru him. I didn't like the fact that I had to deal with a person from the truck center when I was use to David bailey and now that Gordon is my new man I feel I should be able to go thru him. sorry about the miss typing but this web site does not let fix errors. but to some it up Gordon is my new go to guy More
