Again, they claimed the batteries needed replacement. The cost? Almost identical. When I questioned the price, they instantly knocked off $240. Still, I refused the service. They told me that the battery warranty was two years, and it was slightly over two years. I decided to investigate: ✅ I found the battery online for $45 ✅ My trusted certified mechanic installed it for $40 ✅ Total cost: $85 ✅ The minivan runs perfectly. Then came the shocker: My mechanic showed me the old battery’s 3-year warranty sticker. Taverna told me it wasn't under warranty. I took the battery back and showed them the sticker.
