Vehicle Trade In In Aug. 2013, we traded in 2 of our vehicles for a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. We were given a fair pay off for our car and go In Aug. 2013, we traded in 2 of our vehicles for a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. We were given a fair pay off for our car and good trade for our 2005 Dodge Ram which was paid off. We greatly enjoyed both of these vehicles but unfortunately we had to look at coming in once again to trade these in because we are preparing to head to Germany and can only take one car. We wanted a vehicle that was big enough to transport 4 people, 3 animals as well as our baggage and animal supplies. We had taken a look at the Chevrolet Volt and gave it a test drive which passed with flying colors. We were thinking about this one because we would be able to save so much money on gas by driving on the electric batteries. We found out that we would not be able to charge the vehicle anywhere on the military post and would wind up paying more to charge it than with gas. We found the Chevrolet Equinox and took it for a test drive. Absolutely love it and this will definitely do what we need it to do. Kenny once again went above and beyond to get us a good deal on our new car. From our first trade in, Brandon Shoemaker has dealt with the dealership in Oregon to try and get us our refund back for our cancelled Gap insurance on our car. So far we have not received anything but Brandon and Kenny are still working on it to try and square us away. Every time that we come into the dealership, everybody makes us feel at home. There is always a pleasant environment with everyone that works there and is always fun to go in. Kenny is one of if not the best salesman that I have had the pleasure of working with. Typically salesman are so pushy and don't care about what the customer wants. He ensures that you drive away happy and 100% secure in the decision that you have made. I would recommend this dealership and working with Kenny Allen to anybody looking for a new car, truck, SUV, at times a motorcycle or whatever type of vehicle someone might be looking for. More

Experience I had a great experience with buying a truck from them. No pressure tactics seems to be his style and he wanted to do what was best for me the customer.I was there 3 days in a row and he didn't even seem annoyed that I was constantly asking questions about pricing, features, or how much my payments were going to be. I would recommend him to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. Also, Brandon was superb has he secured the financing for me. He got me out of my vehicle, which I was upside down on, and got me done with no money down and a low finance rate. He is the go to for finance and makes the job look easy making sure he got me the best deal and not the 1st deal that came along. Overall I highly recommend them two for you car buying and finance needs. More

Excellent Service My husband and I had been out all day shopping for a vehicle and the service at these other dealers was horrible. Many of the salesmen were irritated with the fact that we were just looking. However, when I went to Lowe Chevrolet the service was excellent. Don Pitts greeted us right away and we told him that we were just looking we really don't know what we can afford. Don took his time to get to know us, get an idea of what vehicle we were looking for, and get great financing. He did not rush us and was very patient when we couldn't decide exactly what we wanted. We purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox and got a great deal for our credit. I've been to many dealers in the past and present and Don Pitts was by far the best person we have worked with. Don was not just collecting numbers and trying to get vehicles sold, he was building a relationship that will have us come back and see him when its time for my husband to get a new car. More
