I just traveled over an hour to be told that I need an appointment. I've been to two different Hyundai locations and never had to have an appointment. This is my fourth time being disappointed. I was hoping they would change by now.. The woman Dana that was supposed to be "helping" me barely let me get any words out. She told me I needed an appointment and to try and schedule one with another employee.. she then picked up a phone call from her personal phone. Very rude. More

My purchased a 2015 Hyundai Tucson from Anthony Auto out of Thomson Georgia. She only had the car for only a month when the check engine light begin beeping. She returned it back to Anthony to be check out. of Thomson Georgia. She only had the car for only a month when the check engine light begin beeping. She returned it back to Anthony to be check out..told Anthony mechanic told her that code showed that it was a factory recall therefore the car needed to go to a Hyundai dealer. She dropped off her vehicle off on Tuesday, November 29th. She told by Dana, the service advisor that she would receive a text message on Wednesday or Thursday morning with diagnostic. As of today she have not received a diagnostic, I feel that they am are given her the runaround...She is paying for a automobile that she can't even drive. My niece spoke with the service manager and he said that it the owners before me had not maintained the car then Hyundai may not honor the recall. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Had the worst service from this dealership. I dropped off my vehicle, and was told that I would receive a text message when it was done, but I never received anything. I had to call to check on I dropped off my vehicle, and was told that I would receive a text message when it was done, but I never received anything. I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle, about 4 hours later, and was informed that it was ready for a long time. When I picked up my vehicle, I didn't realize that everything was wrong on my invoice, until the service advisor handed me someone else's keys. When I tried to tell her that the keys weren't mine, she insisted that they were, and I had to point out my keys on the counter. Everyone's keys were just laid out on the counter, for anyone to walk by and pick them up. The service advisor then said that everthing was the same on the correct invoice, and gave me the paperwork, after I had already signed for someone else's. I am from out of town, so I did not realize until I got home, that my keys were missing out of my vehicle. These keys were on a separate ring from my car keys, and contained my house and office keys. I am thankful that I had a spare key to get into my house. I called back to the dealership the Monday afterwards to inquire about my keys, and the same service advisor that I had prior got snippy with me, and insisted that they wouldn't touch my keys. I was very irritated at that point, and I called the corporate office, but they said that since each dealership is independently owned, they couldn't do anything about it and I should contact the manager. I sent an email to the manager of the dealership, but he never responded. I will not be going back or recommending this dealership to anyone, and they have lost my business, for being completely apathetic. More
