Too Much Pressure I don't know the name of first salesman's name but he was a supervisor or one of the head people. I was waiting on my 2015 Santa Fe to be serviced and I don't know the name of first salesman's name but he was a supervisor or one of the head people. I was waiting on my 2015 Santa Fe to be serviced and 60,000 mile things done to it, so I went up to the showroom and was just looking around to see the prices. I was approached by the above mentioned man and told him I was just looking. I then said I was just seeing if I got a new one if the payments would be any higher. I said I coulud do 26 dollars more because I had 2 Big surgeries coming and one was the next day. I then was turned over to Doug, who was very nice. However he has to keep answering to this above mentioned man. After several no's from me because I knew I couldn't go higher, I do mean 4 or 5 no's I said ok. Then when I went to sign in order to have things that I had on my other car, I had to pay even more. Now my payment is $80 more and I don't have all I had. I know I signed but the pressure put on me was unbelievable. This is my fourth Santa Fe since 2001 and I love them, but I don't believe I got the best deal and I don't like the pressure that was applied. I like the car and the people are nice but the pressure is overwhelming. More

We already had a pre-approval and we went in and informed Angel of this...within minutes they accepted our preapproval and we were signing papers!! We were taken over to financial and there we dealt with Ben Davis. He was also very pleasant and great to deal with. His humor was a great additive bonus to our experience. In right at an hour we picked out a car, test drive it, got approved and signed papers!! This was the absolute best and fastest car deal we have ever made! Before we left Angel came out to shake our hand and I felt it was a very hear felt thank you!! He also filled up the tank and told us to bring it back when they open so they can do a total cleaning and put in the floor mats! I would definitely refer people to them!!
