My trade-in situation was not so simple. The salesmen listened to what I wanted to do and immediately showed me choices. I was impressed by the proficiency with which he located and presented and showed good candidates. I ended up finding that a different model and color were a better fit than my initial selection. After the trade was made I have been very impressed with the thoroughness of explanation of features, set-up of the systems, and coaching on the use of new-to-me features. More
