First and Best Car Experience EVER with Taylor Hyundai I love my car! I came in earlier this week and spoke with Ernest and Tom, who were warm, friendly and had an answer to every question my mom and I thr I love my car! I came in earlier this week and spoke with Ernest and Tom, who were warm, friendly and had an answer to every question my mom and I threw at them. I told them what I was interested in, and wanted to spend, and they didn't try to sway me in any other direction. After test driving a white Elantra, I knew she was the one, but I needed a few days to think about it. The dealership called me a day or so after test driving to ask about my experience, and let me know that there was a blue Elantra that was even more affordable than the white and was only one year old. After going back up to the dealership, Doug helped me test drive the blue Elantra, but knew the white one was the better fit. Ernest, Doug, and Tom worked with my mom and I on price and negotiations until we were all happy - and I drove away in my very first self-purchased vehicle. P.S. Tom is pretty xxxx funny. I usually dread these kinds of things but it was surprisingly pleasant. Doug was very attentive and helped walk us through the various models and options available to find the right car for us. We planned to go look at the nearby Mercedes and Infiniti brands nearby that day but Tom saved us a great deal of time by offering an excellent price on the car we liked and decided to buy on the spot instead of shopping around the other car brands in the area.
