Next time ask 2 1/2 hours after my appointment we were finally done ... for a routine service. The wait was for a wash. Great Service as always! I was able to easily schedule service for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on line. When I arrived, Ponce greeted me and we talked about what I needed/wanted I was able to easily schedule service for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on line. When I arrived, Ponce greeted me and we talked about what I needed/wanted. He mentioned additional services but was not pushy. The customer lounge was clean and offered coffee & tea. My car was serviced, washed and swept inside in a reasonable amount of time. I have always had great experience with Hyundai Service since 2004 when I bought my first Hyundai. More

April Oil Change The service was OK but the wait time was too long. My appointment was at 10:45 am and I was there until 1:30 pm. I found out the guy who told me my car would soon be ready went on lunch break so no one else knew my car was ready. Once I got my car and was headed home I noticed a message on my dash that my car needed to be serviced. They forgot to reset the message after servicing my car. More
