It was more of a relaxing experience instead of the normal "shark attack" that you get from many other dealers along the way. Mr. Daryl saw us, greeted us, and offered his assistance if we needed any, but he did not continue to hover, push us, or otherwise force us into a sell. Even after we decided on a vehicle to look at, he promptly retrieved the keys and we were able to take it for a test drive. Throughout the drive he spoke little as a salesman and just had a good conversation with my wife and I about the area. Upon arriving back, we were still unsure as to whether we wanted to purchase the vehicle, but Daryl did not hesitate to just give us his card and mention that he would happily help us if and when we were ready to purchase. The experience did not stop there though and as we went to wait for our other vehicle to finish being serviced, he went and did some research on the truck for a few questions we had asked that were a bit specific for being memorized. Once he had the answers, he found us waiting still let us know on our questions and a few other things he had found out on the vehicle. I was quite impressed that he went out of his way even after we had walked away in order to find the answer to the questions and pass them along. It took about an hour after all of this, but the wife and I decided to go ahead with the purchase. The team made the sale after decision quick and easy and within a few hours we had all the paperwork completed for the most part and was ready to go. I had a previous engagement I had to go to, but they worked with me and allowed me to come back the next day to finish the paper work which was mostly ready (except a broken printer causing some headaches) and was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour the next evening. Overall great experience and would recommend the Taylor Hyundai team to any and all looking to purchase within the CSRA. More

Made a frustrating experience a lot easier to handle. I had to have my Elantra towed to Taylor because of a flat tire, but service writer Ponce took over from there. The flat tire was replaced free of cha I had to have my Elantra towed to Taylor because of a flat tire, but service writer Ponce took over from there. The flat tire was replaced free of charge (road hazard warranty), the tires were rotated and the oil changed. When it turned out I needed a new battery, Ponce called and informed me of the cost. When my wife drove me over to pick up my car, Ponce took it upon himself to have my wife's Volvo washed and detailed....something the Volvo dealer where my wife bought the car has never done! More

I didn't know what was wrong with it so could I bring it in they said fines. Miss Sherry she looked at my tires and said they were worn and that I needed some new ones. She wanted to make sure I got the best price so she went and she looked at a couple of prices of tires she came back and I got the best deal on tires I have ever gotten at Hyundai. I am so glad that she waited on me on the 17th of April that will keep me coming back. You need Night 10 more people like Miss Sherry in Service Department. I am a very satisfied customer.
