Ok experience The only bad part of the experience was the lack of information the sales associates were willing to give me. I did not appreciate the sales tactics used. I asked several times for the actual price of the car and would only be given the monthly payment. I was told over and over " we will go over that later". I was only given the information when the paperwork was ready to be signed. I obviously wanted to buy the car and was fine with the price but it took hours to get it! I also didn't appreciate the fact they held my keys hostage!! I was there to buy a car and ultimately I did. Up front and honesty was slacking in my experience. Your sales tactics are horrible!! I was fine with the car, and my payment so I purchased the vehicle. You play too many games in my opinion! More
