Never again I ended up at Taylor Kia searching for my car after a car fire totaled my previous vehicle. I had friends that had vehicles from there so knowing they I ended up at Taylor Kia searching for my car after a car fire totaled my previous vehicle. I had friends that had vehicles from there so knowing they had the largest selection of new and used cars, I chose Taylor KIA. My salesman, Morey Martins answered all of my questions and was helpful up until I left with my vehicle. The day after driving my 2017 KIA Soul off the lot it wouldn’t start. I called and texted him with no answer. I found a friend to jump start a car I bought the day before (never should happen with certified pre-owned) and let it run for a while and drove it home. The next day I went to start my car to get the day going and again, it wouldn’t start. I called KIA Roadside (part of the warranty) and was put on hold for more than an hour and I was disconnected more than a handful of times. I called Morey and he said I just had to bring it in and they would check my battery. — How exactly am I supposed to get it there if I can’t get it running and KIA Roadside won’t come pick it up?! I had to get ahold of KIA corporate headquarters for anything positive to happen. I had my car picked up by a different KIA dealership to get anything done. I will never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. Make the drive somewhere else. More

Easy and low pressure salesmanship We stopped in and reviewed the vehicle ( that we ended up buying ) . Your salesman Chris M didn't put pressure to look at every comparable vehicle and We stopped in and reviewed the vehicle ( that we ended up buying ) . Your salesman Chris M didn't put pressure to look at every comparable vehicle and recognized that my daughter was only interested in the original SUV. We left, shopped other dealerships ( that kept trying to " fit" my daughter into what they wanted to sell us ) . We returned to Taylor and were met at the door (by chance ) by Mr Molnar . He remembered us immediately and made our purchase easy and very enjoyable for my daughter. That alone makes a father glad . The staff we met today made for a memorable vehicle purchase . I have already passed on Mr Molnars card to a family member that is looking for a used car and will most likely deal with Taylor and Chris directly . Also Chris insisted on taking a photo of my daughter by her new SUV. Excellent 👍 More

His knowledge about various Kia models helped me narrow down my choices. His patience during the sales process made the experience feel more like he was rooting for me to get the vehicle I wanted. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. He answered my questions and did not steer me to a vehicle he wanted to sell. The financing portion was efficient. There was no pressure for extra finance add-on products. There are plenty of options that can make new car financing fit a budget. My overall experience was excellent. I would recommend at a minimum looking through the lot. There is a huge selection. Talk to Brandon Otero. He made my experience enjoyable. More
