Not Happy The service department was great but when I bought my vehicle I was promised if I got the extended warranty that I wouldn't have to pay for repairs (b The service department was great but when I bought my vehicle I was promised if I got the extended warranty that I wouldn't have to pay for repairs (but apparently nothing is ever covered). I do not like to be lied to so this is very upsetting to me. I left without the repair needed. If the dealership lies to customers about what to expect after they purchase the vehicle my opinion they are not a good place to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was nice and friendly in the service department but that doesn't help get my vehicle fixed. (Nelda was very pleasant to me) I have been lied to over and over and over again. Sorry because I normally don't give negative reviews (if I can't say something nice don't say anything is my normal rule) but I feel this is very deceitful. Thank you for your time. Great experience getting my car running Nelda was awesome and took care of everything for me. My only comment was the service tech didn’t seem to be aware that my car could be started with Nelda was awesome and took care of everything for me. My only comment was the service tech didn’t seem to be aware that my car could be started with the key and said I would have to get it towed in because the key fob wasn’t working. If I hadn’t known from previous experience I would have incurred an unnecessary tow charge, as it was everything turned out ok More
