As someone who has experience in the car industry. This is not the way to do honest business. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership. I saw a vehicle advertised for around $44,000 and simply requested out-the-door pricing with my clean trade included. Instead of providing transparent numbers, the GM called and told me the price was actually around $48,000 a significant difference from what was advertised. When I explained that I have a baby and prefer to get numbers ahead of time rather than spend hours at the dealership, I was told they “wouldn’t cater” to me because I don’t live locally. I live only about 20 miles away. Being treated differently because of your zip code is unprofessional and unacceptable. It should be advertised that not living within the zip code means you’re not welcome. Never heard of such thing. The dismissive tone and refusal to provide transparent pricing felt dishonest. All I asked for was clear, written out-the-door numbers before making the drive. Instead, I was pressured to come in and told I wouldn’t be accommodated as a non-local buyer. Thankfully, I found another dealership nearby that was honest, transparent, and respectful of my time. I would strongly encourage future buyers to get everything in writing and proceed with caution here. Other reviews mention the pressure of buying add on packages. I guess that’s why they wanted me in so they could advertise that price and tack on packages once I get there. More
They agreed upon a price for a used car, to the penny, with manager: Storm. When I got to the dealership to pay, they sent another manager out: AK. He began yelling at me, interrupting and telling me that with manager: Storm. When I got to the dealership to pay, they sent another manager out: AK. He began yelling at me, interrupting and telling me that would not honor the deal, that instead the price would be $900 higher. Storm whom I made the deal with, saw me and dissapeared. He would not show his face or answer the phone. This is a typical carnival-style bait-and-switch technique which only people with no morals would ever use. I had driven across town after we reached an agreed upon price over the phone. They told me to come on out and pay for the car - that it was mine. They flat-out lied just to get me out there to try to bilk me out of more money. Team Gillman is the most dishonest and unethical dealership I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. If they will lie about the price they had agreed upon, they would lie about anything else as well. More

From start to finish, we felt respected, valued, and well taken care of. We purchased a new 2025 Honda Pilot with the help of Augustine and Billy, who were both outstanding. They were patient, professional, and never made us feel rushed or pressured, unlike other dealerships. They took the time to answer all of our questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Augustine was especially transparent and straightforward—there were no games with numbers. When I asked for the out-the-door pricing, he provided exactly what I needed. At other dealerships, we experienced situations where one thing was promised over the phone and something completely different happened in person. That did not happen at Team Gillman Honda North, which we truly appreciated. Alex was also wonderful in the finance office—polite, efficient, and helpful in getting everything wrapped up smoothly. We even had an unexpected situation come up during the purchase, and the entire team was incredibly patient and willing to work with us. Augustine truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that we left happy and confident with our purchase. I ran over a large screw that punctured my tire last night. I contacted Eric Schneider in the Service Dept. this morning to see if he had two tires. Eric quickly got back to me and let me know that they night. I contacted Eric Schneider in the Service Dept. this morning to see if he had two tires. Eric quickly got back to me and let me know that they had 4 and gave me an estimate for two different brands of equal cost and quality. I arrived at the dealership two hours later where he took my vehicle to replace all four tires. Not only did they replace my tires they went above and beyond and completed the multi-point inspection and recommended that my dirty engine and cabin filters be replaced. I couple of hours later I was ready to go with my new tires and filters. Eric Schneider is a valuable asset to the dealership. More
