Although I tried to make it seem like I knew what I was doing, I did not, Denise took care of us and really listened to us. I've seen my parents car shop in the past, and I've only ever known the experience to be really stressful and discouraging. But not with Denise!!! She's friendly, understanding, and goes above and beyond! Neil was also very helpful and patient with our questions. I definitely would recommend them to friends and family - although it's a business, they want to make sure you walk out of there with a car you love and are willing to work with your budget.
