It took 4 times for them to clean the car correctly after purchasing. When they called us to get the plates put on the car, they never gave us our registration sticker (which resulted in me getting a ticket), they have not fixed the issues the car had before purchasing, within the first 2 days of having the vehicle, the windshield wiper fluid stopped working and they just topped it off, then 3 days later it stopped working again, we find that there is a hole in the reservoir, they take 2 months to replace it. They have had a very lackadaisical attitude towards service/preexisting issues with the vehicle. To say we regret buying the car from them is an understatement. We will never purchase a car from them again, nor recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

Disappointing Experience with Sales Pressure and Safety Concerns I visited Team Gillman Honda North to purchase a brand new 2025 Honda HR-V Sport. The sales rep, Agustin Vail Perez, told me he was instr Concerns I visited Team Gillman Honda North to purchase a brand new 2025 Honda HR-V Sport. The sales rep, Agustin Vail Perez, told me he was instructed not to negotiate with me, which felt discriminatory. I made it clear I would be paying in cash, but was still pressured to finance and asked for unnecessary personal details. Managers later confronted my daughter and I with an ultimatum: pay by 6 PM the next day or lose the car. After purchase, we noticed the brand new car had nearly 60 miles on it. Two weeks later, the tire pressure light came on, and a technician found the tires on the brand new car dangerously overinflated to 50 PSI. Agustin also called my daughter after she rated the experience a 6/10 and pressured her to change it to a 10. This was manipulative and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. More
