The sales department is excellent. I bought two cars from the same dealership. Even if you just want to ask questions, they're more than capable of selling you a car. If I were to buy a third car, I'd choose Gillmans again. However, the credit and finance departments aren't the same. I think they're not working properly due to the heavy workload.
