I asked for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and was shown one “going through inspection.” I signed the contract Saturday and was told it would be ready by 4pm — but every day the pickup was delayed with excu one “going through inspection.” I signed the contract Saturday and was told it would be ready by 4pm — but every day the pickup was delayed with excuses. When I finally got it Tuesday, I discovered a cracked windshield and other poor repairs, even though no one told me it hadn’t passed CPO inspection. The salesperson couldn’t answer questions.
