I'm very satisfied with the service I received from the team. Alan Scott got me checked in quick and on my way out the door to work that morning expeditiously; the updates were prompt and accurate and I di team. Had this been my personal vehicle I would have purchased the recommendations but unfortunately at this time this was not my decision to make. Now, where I was truly impressed was when I picked up the vehicle; Mr Scott was not available as he was out the day I returned for my vehicle but Eric Schneider was there to assist with the delivery. When I tell you that the level of service I received from Eric was probably the highest that I've received at any dealership, it is no understatement. He was so enthusiastic even though he wasn't my advisor and was just assisting with the pick up; he expressed excitement about one of his favorite features of the vehicle, asked if I was interested in knowing about it before he demonstrated, walked me to the vehicle, opened my door I mean I felt like I was being wined and dined at a Lexus dealership. This man has single handedly skyrocketed my interest in purchasing a vehicle from Gillman Honda North in the future and I hope my sales experience is on par if not better than what I received from Eric. Kudos to the manager that hired this extraordinary representative and I hope the general manager knows they are lucky to have such an amazing addition to the team. All in all, best experience at a dealership regarding service. 10/10 More
