Robbie Anderson was absolutely spectacular! He made the whole experience so easy and was even willing to stay extremely late to finish it up. We only came in to look at a vehicles and did not expect to be whole experience so easy and was even willing to stay extremely late to finish it up. We only came in to look at a vehicles and did not expect to be going home with one. We couldn't pass up the great deal and sense of ease the dealership gave us. This is my second Sonata with in sixteen months. Both times all of your staff have been extremely helpful. The 2011 was a great car,but the 2013 had more add ons. After having my first Tucson which I bought in January 2012 totaled 4 months later I went back to Jamie Pizzo and told her what had happen. I after I told her that the car was officially totaled she star 2012 totaled 4 months later I went back to Jamie Pizzo and told her what had happen. I after I told her that the car was officially totaled she started the search for the exact same Tucson. With in a week she had my new Tucson. John Booth set me up with the same financing as I had with the first car and everything was done in a matter of a couple of hours. More

The engine on my old car died and I found myself suddenly in the market for a new one. I normally have all of my research done before I step foot in the dealership but didn't have the chance this time. Jam in the market for a new one. She asked good questions and actually listened to my responses. She was then able to use her extensive knowledge of the Hyundai and Toyota product lines to match me with the right vehicle. Jamie was courteous and friendly at all times and made the shopping experience as pleasant as it can be. Jamie was especially good about not pressuring us while we considered our options so I really feel like this was the car I chose, not the car I was pushed into. The rest of the dealership staff seem very competent and friendly as well. I got a tour of the service area and Jamie introduced me to the service manager and explained the process for service. It sounds like a small thing but that's one less worry when it's time to come in for service and it filled the tome for the paperwork to be completed. Overall, I was very pleased with the buying experience. I feel that I received a fair price on a good vehicle. I'll update this post if anything changes but I expect that I will continue to have a favorable experience with Team Hyundai Lex Park. There may not be a lot of dealers to choose from here in the county but I was much happier with this one than any on the Waldorf Auto Mile. More
We first met Robbie Anderson about 18 months ago when we went into the dealership to take a look at a Hyundai, a car we had had heard positive comments about and had spent some time researching. We had an older Honda Accord at the time and were planning to replace it in the next year or two. Robbie impressed us with his knowledge and his low-key approach. We took his card and when we decided to replace the Accord several weeks ago, we contacted him and went in again to look at new model Hyundai Sonatas. We also decided to look at Toyota Camrys, which we also liked, to make a comparison. We wanted a vehicle with a navigation system and heated front seats and had decided that, among the Sonatas, the Sonata Limited would probably be best suited for us. Robbie arranged for us to test both the Sonata and Camry. Because there were no Limiteds on the lot at the time, we tested another model and Robbie said he would contact us when a Limited came in, which he expected in a few days. He contacted us several days later when a Limited came in. We tested the Limited and a Camry again and concluded that we liked the Limited more. Throughout the entire sales process, Robbie was low-key, an approach we prefer, but informative, and listened to what we wanted rather than try to sell us something right away. He understood that we were not in a hurry and were willing to take our time before making a selection. The sales staff and other staff we met during the entire process were cordial and we left with a very positive impression of the dealership. We will have no hesitation recommending the dealership, both for the quality of the vehicles sold as well as the staff. More

Jamie Pizzo is the best car sales associate person we've ever delt with. She told us all about the inside of the car before we test drove our new Hyndai Sanada.
