This dealer service department tried to get over on me.. my car went in with a good battery leaves out with a dead battery. I had to buy a battery. We came to Team Hyundai from out of state. They had the exact Hyundai we wanted. So much paper work was done before we even got there. Jamie was our sales associate and she was wonderful. Jim the manager is just the most pleasant person and always on hand for any questions. EVERYTHING went as smoothly as possible. There was NO pressure in any way from anyone at Team Hyundai. We never had such an enjoyable experience buying a car. We stayed overnight and they recommend a nice hotel and an excellent restaurant. How nice was that! Huge thank you to Jamie!! She's the best.
