DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!! I will never be back to this dealership. They ran my credit 4 times! They shook hands with me and congratulated me on my new purchase and then came ba I will never be back to this dealership. They ran my credit 4 times! They shook hands with me and congratulated me on my new purchase and then came back and said they made a mistake. After making the mistake, they tried to make it right by putting me into a vehicle I DID NOT WANT! The individual selling me the vehicle was new and it was not her fault at all. She went above and beyond for me, but as far as everyone else goes absolutly no! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! More

BEWARE of FRAUD - They ran credit without approval Hyundai of Gadsden ran both of our credit without approval. We live in FL and have never been to this place or applied for a company connected to th Hyundai of Gadsden ran both of our credit without approval. We live in FL and have never been to this place or applied for a company connected to them. We were told by Todd and Clint that they had 15 others like us and they lied about how to resolve it. Equifax says they can call to fix for us but GM Randy refused to let us talk AT ALL & hung up on us. Also, Todd said that he doesn't have the ability to even though equifax was on the phone and willing to tell him what to do to resolve on his end. They are nasty humans that don't care about doing whats right!! Now we have to fill out a police report. Waiting for the police to arrive as I type this. Best of luck and FYI they are tied to Greenway Ford in FL. May want to avoid that place too. Don't believe the hype when they say they have no record of running it, equifax says they have it and CAN FIX IT. They are just too lazy and put it on the patron to fix. Call equifax (I spoke with Kiane) and confirm for yourself 866-349-5191. I will updated this comment or remove it if they chose to resolve this for us as they have the ability to.
