All good until this happened. I was pleased with the service performed and also accepted the offer of a free car wash. After paying the invoice and approaching the pick up point, I I was pleased with the service performed and also accepted the offer of a free car wash. After paying the invoice and approaching the pick up point, I noticed that the car was still dirty and had two large white WW.’s on the windshield. I started to remove the writing when a young guy saw what I was doing, came running over, offering to take the car through the wash, claiming it was an oversight. I declined, because traffic on the highway was building up and I did not want to be sitting in it. This seems like a minor thing, but it makes me wonder about the final oversight at the shop. Someone at Team had to notice all the writing as they drove the vehicle into the pick up area. The service performed was very good from beginning of the service to ALMOST the end. More

No appointment? No problem! My truck battery life was at the end. I called Mike Stover and he said to bring it in. The truck died in the intake lane. Sensor issue and lack of customer service Sensor malfunction on less than 8k mileage vehicle. Was told the part was not in stock and they couldn’t get it for another week. I was in from out of Sensor malfunction on less than 8k mileage vehicle. Was told the part was not in stock and they couldn’t get it for another week. I was in from out of town and needed it before my long drive home. They gave me the part number and suggested calling someone else. I’m not familiar with the area so some help in this would have been nice. Was told there was nothing they could do and was rushed off the phone. Called another local dealership and they were able to get the part the next day. More
Frustrated with service. I needed to bring my car in twice for the same problem and I still think there is something wrong. Still not sure why the issue wasn’t fixed the first time. Had I known from the beginning there was a “water specialist” I would of waited to see them from the beginning instead of having to bring my car back again. When I picked up my car my floor mats were in the trunk. I sent an email to the person helping me with my car and I still have not heard back. The three times I brought my car in for service I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and all three times I never received one. Dacia was very nice and helpful, but the whole experience was very frustrating. I did not have a good experience with one person in the service center. More
