One of the worst experiences of my life Anthony is one of the worst sales man around. He sold me a damaged car and was no where to be found to address issues with the sale like missing paper Anthony is one of the worst sales man around. If you are looking for a sales person that thinks beyond their commission, Anthony is not the one. What's worse is that their new car sales manager Jerry did nothing to help. Team Toyota is one of the worst dealerships around. Their finance guy Matt Heise lost paperwork and also was no where to be found. More
The Unsafe Van Why? Because I have dealt with some pretty awesome people at Toyota who do have the exemplory customer service skills that one should have when in the Why? After a misfire occurred in my preowned certified vehicle I was towed to Service. I was of course given a rental at this point considering the van is 40 some days old to me. Apparently the misfire was fixed and I was told "The rental vehicle was on reserve and this very pushy person said but we are open until 9 so that you can bring back your rental." I brought it in the next day, took my van back and said wait something is definitely wrong here. I bring it back to service the next day and guess what, the trans is slipping, the radiator is cracked the roders are shot and oh maybe you should check the front brakes. After sitting there with my daughter for 5 hours I was told my service manager said for you to take the van home and we will order the parts! Well, let's say that was not happening. Why ?! So I can overheat, perhaps drive the car and be killed on the highway this time?! And so, now I'm given the We drove the car and your trans is fine, but we really need our rental back. Little do they know my concern here lies with how did you in fact check the trans fluid and drop out the trans when you are not Chrysler and do not have the tools to do so? So allowing me to drive an unsafe vehicle back and forth to work and kids appointments and once again work without having my trans checked properly all because you need a rental back. That's not customer service in the least bit. Get it together and serve the customer properly. If you have to send the car to the right dealer, why wouldn't you do it just to shut the customer up? That customer being me who's driving her van with three kids- two with special needs I might add. More

Excellent experience Rich first sold me a Toyota Corolla 2 years ago as a lease. He was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and certainly has the interest of the buyer in m Rich first sold me a Toyota Corolla 2 years ago as a lease. He was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and certainly has the interest of the buyer in mind when they are in looking at vehicles. I returned this time because I love the service that Toyota offers you and because of the overall sales experience. I dealt with Rich again and was very happy with the outcome of our transaction. I originally wanted to lease a truck or suv and Rich suggested I give the Camry SE a test drive because of the price and the overall quality of the car. With his guidance I ended leasing the Camry which I love. Also when we went to financing James Donahue was very friendly and helpful through the process. I can confidently say that when my lease is up again I will be returning here and they will have my business for a very long time. Also my wife who has driven Mazda for a long time is seriously considering a change to Toyota because of the service and customer experience that we have received. Thank you to the whole staff there. The showrooms and service area were modern and clean and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. The backroom person explained all the financing and paperwork in a knowledgeable professional manner. NO attempt to sell me a car. I came in to look at a certified preowned vehicle I had found on the Toyota preowned website. I took it for a test drive, came back and went inside t I came in to look at a certified preowned vehicle I had found on the Toyota preowned website. I took it for a test drive, came back and went inside to go over the price. As all salesmen say, it was up to his sales manager to negotiate a reasonable offer. I didn't even give a specific offer just what I had seen as a range on the website. He left the office area for about 10 minutes, came back with 2 pieces of paper both calculating monthly payments at 2 different APR rates with various amounts of deposits to show a monthly payment. The price used for these calculations was the price shown on the website with an aftermarket amount added on to it, of course raising the sale price of the car. He also had a paper printed from a website (not the one I was using) showing 1 other vehicle similar to the one I drove and said to be careful on the internet because this vehicle isn't the model listed. He said I hope you find what you are looking for. That was it! He didn't even say thanks for stopping by. I was told on the phone and once again in the office, that this dealership is a high volume sales office, the price is marked to sell. Ok I get that but to not even offer to show me something else that may have been in my price range? This made me feel like I wasn't worth their time (including the sales manager) and I guess since they are a high volume sales office, they didn't need my money. So guess what they didn't get it.........I bought at another Toyota dealership that treated me with respect! I did write to Barry Zurck who I thought was the Manager of the Sales group and copied my email to the owner, just stating my experience as I did above and they didn't care enough to respond. So if this is the treatment you want, go for it. I have been working in customer service for over 20 years and this is not the way to treat paying customers. More
